I dug out my old exercise ball in an attempt to see if I could still do my crunches and other toning activities.   After a few minutes I realized just how fat and out of shape I really am.  I try to balance my huge body on this and end up rolling all over.  My ass is just as wide as this 60" ball even!  Watch me jiggle and shake in the accompanying video as well as I huff and puff too!
